For All Bookings Please Read Below Policies and Procedures
Deposits, Cancellations, Rescheduling & Bookings:
-All Deposits are non-refundable.
-For Cancellations, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid disappointments.
-For Notifications given less than 48 hours of your appointment, deposits will be forfeited and will not be permitted to transfer.
-Emergency cancellations must be confirmed by us prior to rescheduling. 
-New Deposits will be required for all new bookings including rescheduled appointments,
-No Show including no contact, will not be permitted for rebooking or rescheduling. 
-Before & After Hour Appointments are an additional fee of $20.00. (Before 7:00am-11:00am & After 9:00pm-12:30am) please select these options on our booking site).
Late Policy:
-Please arrive on time as late fees apply automatically, with no exceptions: After 15 minutes $15 will be applied to your total amount, after 30 minutes your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited.
Early Arrival:
-If you are early for your appointment, we ask that you wait until the beautician is ready for you at your specified time as other guests are being serviced.
Kindly call or message the beautician for directions.
Guests:
-At this time No Extra Guests are permitted during your appointment including: Children, Friends, Family, and or Spouses
-Guests may be permitted if they have also booked an appointment before or after your appointment.
Fees & Balances:
-All remaining fees and balances can be made by Cash (ATM located inside), Debit/Credit or by Interact EMT to SimplyLuxeBeauty@outlook.com 
Sick/Emergencies:
-If you have any flu-like symptoms please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
-For all emergencies, please notify us to confirm rescheduling.
